I bought a swatch in China about half a year ago, now am in the US. but the watch is broken. The watch face and the belts fall apart. So that I even have no idea about when I lost my watch face. Yet I still have the belts with me.
Is there anyone who is expertized in Law and tell me what to do to get any compensate?
I need professional advice.
Both Chinese Law and US Law are available.

it can try to contact local SWATCH agent to see if they can repair the watch for you. Remember to bring the invoice, though I am not sure whether it will work.
It the local swatch agent can not solve your problem, I suggest you to buy another watch, as the time and money you will spend to get your possible compensate may exceed the money you get. At least it will come out this way in China.
I am not sure about US law.
