打开IE浏览器-工具（o）-Internit选项，里面 安全 内容 的设置更改一下。
如果不行，就是在服务器上设置的，只有在服务器上更改。
是你们老师限制你们的IP了 在网络里面IP设置关掉或换个自动选择IP的就行了 跳开他的控制了就
换个非IE浏览器试试
