我在我的程序里面加了个皮肤，也就是上面的DLL文件。然后我将我的程序设为开始时自动运行。在开机自动运行后就出现了上面的错误。在VS2005里运行就没的错~请问我该怎么做？

系统引用异常原因可能是你的程序不是Release版的，因此单独运行出错，
解决办法：可以将IrisSkin2.dll拷贝到系统目录下，应该是c:\windows下或者c:\windows\system32下，记不得清了，你自己试一下，应该能解决这个问题。
