to be had 被 骗、上当
动词have作为“有”的意思时，是状态动词，没有相应的被动态。但是在作为“欺(哄)骗”意思时，口语中常用被动态： I'm afraid you've been had.恐怕你上当了。

It’s all go there. 是复合句。It是形式主语，go there 是实际主语。不带to的不定式做主语，这种情况一般只出现在口语中。
这句话的意思是：说到底，就是去一趟！
