在非限制定语从句中，只能用which ,who 和whom ，不能用that 也不能省省略。所以排除A B 。再只能从语感上选出D ，不知道原因啊

C的语序太乱了，变成who had not seen each other for many years就可以了，所以选D。
B是因为英语里面有一个语句的习惯，是避免头重脚轻的，从句通常主谓顺序不该天的
第二题也是相关的道理，主谓语什么都是顺序的，你通过这个顺序排列的话，基本C也排除了
