我自己试了一下 ARE WE GOING TO HAVE NEW FRIEND MOVING INTO OUR HOUSR NEXT WEEK?这样说可以吗有没有语法错误?还是各位有更好的表达方法呢。

你的是对的。。不过friend要加个s..或者单数就要在前面加个a...

我觉得稍稍改点Is there any new friends who will moving into our house next week?

你的可以在friend后面加s表示复数，或者前面加个冠词也行吧。
Will we get new friends moving in next week?
