This is a debatable topic and I'm sure many people hold opinions differently. To me, I personally believe that the exam system has been existing for a reason. It has been designed to thoroughly and property assess the students' ability to understand and apply any knowledge learned. This has to do with our 5000 years of history and culture. Our ancestors had learned and been evaluated through this way, and it's our turn today. Of course, any system should improve or upgrade itself to fit the progressing society. The quality education should be realized not only through proper and solid basics through massive amount of practices and exercises and memorization of text book materials, but also practical manipulation and application of any learned knowledge to the real world. After all, and especially in today's diversed world, strategies on textbooks will not help anyone go far.

Yes.We should make it more creative rather than memorize facts and maim points.
