utter当发生声音讲时，与voice有什么区别？

Voice作为声音讲时，基本上都是作为名词使用的。而utter没有声音这个意思。
作为动词：
Utter vt （用嘴）发音
Voice vt 讲出、说出

Utter作为动词有具体用嘴发出声音的意思。Voice则是抽象的讲出某件事的意思。请看下例：
He voiced concerns about Erickson to a bishop. 他对主教说出了对Erickson的担心。
He voiced his conclusion. 他讲出他的结论。

He uttered his voice 他发出他的声音。
He uttered strange sounds that nobody could understand 他发出别人不能理解的声音。

在句子里utter和voice不能互换。
