单是用一个单词来指回避可用avoid
至于回避问题,我觉得可以这么说:dodge the question or change to another topic

如果你想回避问题，你可以说I would rather not say.
It's my secret, don't ask such a personal question.(这也太直接拉)

skip the question

should be OK

skip the question, avoid the question, change the topic...

skate round the question

You need not evade the question
你不必回避这个问题。
