outerinfo是一种 是恶意广告程序。

它的路径一般在路径：C:\PROGRA~1...Files\Outerinfo\Outerinfo.dll
它会劫持你的浏览器的主页 发一些无聊的广告 算是中等危险的程序了
手动撒 开机后 按F8 进入安全模式 按alt +ctrl + del 建进入任务管理器 结束进程
下载瑞星（使用它的文件粉碎机）
断网 并尝试粉碎文件 如果不行 重启 重复上述动作
2 下载专杀工具 你知道病毒名字 去卡巴斯基 瑞星 去下下来 就ok了！
