ubuntu安装.tar文件出现下列问题

最近用上了ubuntu觉得不错，但有些很重要的exe程序要用，于是在网上下了个wine-1.1.6，下下来是.tar.bz2的，解压后用cd命令进入文件夹使用./configure出现下面错误，本人英文不好，希望高手指点一下，谢谢了。

二楼正解，你的编译环境估计有问题，重新运行：sudo apt-get install build-essential manpages-dev ibc6-dev libstdc++6-4.0-dev autoconf automake1.9 还有这个提示说你的C编译器有问题，重新安装一下GCC可能就好了：sudo apt-get install gcc

应该是没安装编译环境

意思是启动项存在问题。
