how to keep the good relationship between the teacher and student had became a serious problem. nowadays the press news had reported that many problems such as beating the teacher or punishing the students seriously and so on between the teacher and students had occured occasionly,which had aroused the society,school and government's attention widely.

I had thought there are some ways to improve the relationship between the both. firstly, Keep communicating is a must and important. such as the both could play sports,organizing the class activites outside,visiting the student's parents occasionly to understand what their students are thinking about.

what's more, the teacher should guide and educate the student correctly. the teachers should treat the student equally both the good and bad student in academic study. the more important and corrective way is to find out the root cause why they do poor in the study.
