UC知道为什么安装了IIS5.1 不能调试 <急>！！！！

我的系统是Windowsxp sp2
IIS5.1装好了，在IE里输入http://localhos/显示如下:
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered:
Connection to 127.0.0.1 Failed
The system returned:
(111) Connection refusedThe remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
Your cache administrator is webmaster.
或127.0.0.1都不能打开为什么?

1.你可能没有启动IIS。在Internet信息服务中重启IIS
2.interpub文件夹的权限不允许访问。将C盘下的interpub文件夹权限设置为everyone可以修改。
我能想起的就这些，要是还不行，就重新装一次IIS试试
XP确实很难装 好
