语法有错吗？

有错误
and 连接是两个句子
你后面的句子and后面没有主语和谓语
如果不用中间的逗号的话
要这样说
I am willing to accept the difficulties and challenges and ( I )am willing to use my talents for your service

后面的willing可省略吧……
去掉第二个willing和逗号

will 有误

I will accept the difficulties and challenges ,and （will） use my
talents for your service
或
I am going to accept the difficulties and challenges ,and use my talents for your service
