网页打不开，提示如上所示的ERROR。
请问，出现这种问题是什么原因呢？我搜索了一下，但是有些答案解释得很不清楚，可不可以说详细一点呢？

非常感谢 youhonghui 做出的回答，但是我的“局域网(LAN)设置”中，“自动检测设置”、“使用自动配置脚本”、“为LAN使用代理服务器”，三个选项均没有勾选。
问题依然没有解决，请大家继续帮忙。谢谢。

再补：问题解决了，是到代理中国上找了个代理，在局域网设置中设置代理地址和端口号

如果您的浏览器设置了代理服务器或使用自动配置脚本，可能会出现这种情况。下面以IE为例，说明如何解决此问题：
1）打开IE浏览器，依次选择“工具”→“Internet选项”→“连接”→“局域网(LAN)设置”，打开“局域网(LAN)设置”窗口;
2）如果您使用了自动配置脚本，请取消使用此脚本；如果您使用了代理服务器，请选中“对于本地地址不使用代理服务器”的复选框。
