UC知道申请美国大学时碰到的一点问题

以下是要和申请材料一起附加的材料要求：
CURRENT F1 VISA STUDENTS：
1.A copy of your I-20, I-94 and visa stamp.
2.If you are on OPT, include a copy of your Employment Authorization Card.
3.The I-20 requires your home country address. A P.O Box or university address cannot be used as your home country address. Without the home country address, we cannot prepare the I-20. Graduate Admissions will, however, mail your official acceptance letter and I-20 to the mailing address that is listed on your application for admission.
由于本人没办过签证，对里面的一些专业术语也不是很懂。请求有过这方面经验的朋友帮忙翻译一下。顺便问一下，这所学校是要求把签证材料一起寄过去呢，还是只要这方面的证明？但是没有学校的通知书签证又怎么会过呢？
