3) It is understood between both parties that this investment transaction were brought forth as
a result of Messer’s Zhoujun Sanyuanhu willing effort to assist Mr. John Mensah and that compensation shall be paid for the willing effort of Messer’s Zhoujun Sanyuanhu in the form of commission/percentage. All parties agree not to circumvent each other directly or indirectly. The commission/percentage for Messer’s Zhoujun Sanyuanhu shall be paid in full except otherwise agreed upon
