我的系统是XP SP2安装IIS后总是测试不成功

不管你在浏览器里输入http://localhost还是127.0.0.1,都测试不成功，应该怎么办。
不要给我推荐第三方软件，我比较喜欢用IIS，别的软件用不习惯。
当运行一个ASP程序时IE显示如下错误
