UC知道关于USPS快递和ems

我9月16号在加拿大一个网站买了一套化妆品，但是今天都10月28号了，还没有收到，给那个网站写了几封信，第一次说要35天时间到长沙，如果35天过后一周还没有到长沙，就再咨询，都过了45天了，还是没有到，这次他们给了一个查询号码：LJ242198327US 和 LJ242198242US（两个包裹），到usps网站一查，网站的信息是：
Label/Receipt Number: LJ24 2198 242U S
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 16, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. 另外一个也是一样，这封信说得什么啊？是不是查不到？
EMS也查不到！
难道寄丢了？
有没有朋友可以帮忙看看，或者有相同遭遇的说说？

usps给我的邮件中是这样的：不可能不是通过usps吧，都收了钱了，时间是一致的，应该是通过usps邮寄的

这个号码就是USPS的LJ开头的是会查不到 但这么长时间没到 很奇怪啊
就是说你这个查询号码不对，根本查不到这个号码。
你找那个网站问清楚到底发的UPS还是EMS。
详细的发货单复印件或扫描件。
然后再查询
根据中国海关规定，进口邮寄化妆品是要增收关税的，一般会被扣下，但是你又没收到清关的电话或者通知，这个很奇特。另外，具经验，那个号码不是EMS的
