我们公司是出口玻璃酒杯的，纸箱包装，我们澳大利亚的客户要求出具个PACKING DECLARATION 第一次碰见这个单子不知道填的对不对，哪位帮忙看一下。谢谢！

在PACKING DECLARATION 上面加上你们公司的抬头和地址。
填写运输船只的相关信息，如VOYAGE NUMBER，这些在提单上可以找到的。
然后，Q前两个在NO前面打个X就行了。第三个Q是第二个Q的子条款，因为第二个是NO，所以第三条不适用。
签字盖条形章和日期。 寄正本及其它BL，INVOICE，PACKING LIST，就可以了。
记住，这个DECLARATION要寄正本。 COPY在澳大利亚当地海关不被接受。
