我是留在国内航空公司好还是去外航？

先介绍下基本情况吧：
目前我在国内航空公司做地勤，进公司2年了，一直是劳务工，待遇说实话真的是不怎么样，一个月到手2K。工作也很累很辛苦，唯一好的是不用等航班，周围同事也还不错，只是工作风气不好，都是自扫门前雪，就是混日子。
外航的话是毕业的时候就想着要去的，但是却错过了机会。现在有这个想法想去外航，但是因为外航的不稳定性还是有点犹豫的。
现在我的问题如下：
外航真的如外界所说的那么不稳定吗？（说裁员就裁员的那种）。
外航的待遇如何，福利怎么样？四金是不是都是交的保底的？
外航的上升空间如何呢？
