不能使用受限帐户

我的电脑在一个管理员帐户下，再创建一个新的（受限帐户）但在切换用户时黑屏，然后就死机！PS:之前可以使用两个帐户的，重装系统后就出现上面所说的现象！
电脑系统：windows sp2
还有：系统重装后，系统盆（C盆）不断地减少内存空间！我的系统盆只放系统问题！为什么会有这个问题出现？

系统会产生垃圾的搞我这个程序\附件\记事本\名 清除系统LJ.bat
