but与while的区别，有概括性的！！

but表示完全的转折：
I was going to write, but I lost your address.
while表示的转折没有while强烈：
I want to go to the cinema, while he wants to stay at home

While作并列连词用，意思为“而，然而”，表对比。而but表转折。注意用心比较体会while与but的句中用意
