Usually, we aren’t unsatisfied with rules, requirements, opinions and so on, but we have to comply with them or accept them. As a result, we accumulate in the hearts of a lot of complaining and discontentment. We need to release them, otherwise our life will lose happiness.

这句话可以改成：Most of time,although we are not satisfied with the rules, requirements, opinions and so on, we still have to go with them.因为comply with them or accept them 有点概念不清造成了错误，应该找一个能搭配双方的词组，如go with.
As a result, we accumulate in the hearts of a lot of complaining and discontentment. 这句话改为As a result，lots of complainings and discontentments are accumulated in our hearts.因为前种说法不适用于英语。
