UC知道我想往德国的电子邮箱里发邮件，为什么发不出去？？

我要往德国的一个亲戚的邮箱里发E-mail，但是发不出去，还给我回过一个满是奇怪符号和英文的邮件，好像是雅虎发的。邮件内容是：
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

这个信息说明你邮箱地址写错了，请核对邮箱地址后重新发送。
第一, 有可能是邮箱地址写错了.
第二, 国外的邮箱已经把国内的服务器IP屏蔽了.
因为国内大量的垃圾邮件成为全世界最头疼的事. 所以大多数国外邮箱都屏蔽了中国邮箱.
