邮箱地址绝对没有写错，而且也不是一天两天了，几周以来一直是这个样子，不是收不到就是发不出去。

邮箱地址绝对没有写错，而且也不是一天两天了，几周以来一直是这个样子，不是收不到就是发不出去。
因为你的IP地址被认定为发送垃圾邮件，因此被hotmail服务器给屏蔽了。

This is a permanent error; I've given up. I am sorry for this inconvenience”的中文意思是：恐怕我不能将你的信息传送到以下地址。此处有一永久性错误。我已放弃了。给你带来不便，我感到非常抱歉。
解决方法如下：
1、取消邮件relay，避免别人通过你的EXCHANGE server转发垃圾邮件。
2、从ISP申请固定IP地址，因为网通或者电信常常把动态分配IP段的 地址分给单位，这些动态地址发出来的邮件容易被国外的组织认为是垃圾邮件地址。
3、安装反垃圾邮件网关，避免你的邮件用户中毒、中木马之后利用你们内部的邮件地址发送垃圾邮件。
你用的什么邮箱发的邮件？地址是不是写错了？HOTMAIL一般来说都能发送接收的，国际知名的邮件系统，不会出错，应该是你的发送邮件的目标地址有问题。
你先检查一下邮件地址是否有误，退出你的邮箱，重新登陆发送一下试试。
