美国国务院的国务院从来没有提起对枫叶卡免签证的事情, 如果可以的话,早就在网页或美国驻使领馆的网页说明了. 例如: 加拿大驻华大使馆就有说明美国绿卡持有者可以免签去加拿大.

反过来用美国绿卡在加拿大过境是不用加拿大的过境签证的.
但是用枫叶卡需要另外办一个美国的过境C签证才可以.
过境C签证容易过的, 你都有了枫叶卡.....
