rampant 用英文翻译简单点有 uncontrolled； out of hand 的意思，所以你自个理解一下？

哦，还有，这里我翻译，radical, left ascendant, 好像都是激进，不过文章就是要说明，这个年代虽然radicalizing,但是绝对不是left ascendant 那种激进。
