我觉得没有任何问题。首先never不一定要跟着完成时，就是have什么的。者表示一种状态和事实，可以这么使用。
SHE HAS NEVER TOLE ANYONE...
NEVER要与完成时配对
She never told anyone how old she really is
never 后加完成时态
anyone 不要分开 anyone 做的是宾语
tells 该为told
she has never told any one how ole she realiy is.
