UC知道我怎么打不开军队政工网了啊

今天我打开军队政工网，提示Server Error in '/' Application.

首先检查你的网络状态，是否已经连接上，其次你是不是在国内上的，再次你上的时候输入的网址是否正确？最后如果前边的东西都正常那就是网站维护中，要不是就是因为网站被攻击了！
能打开啊，我刚才还试了！
