不同的是语气和语境有细微的差别 但是不大
第一句中含有感情色彩，1，有种感觉惊讶的意思 2，表示强调（也许平时门是不开的）
第二句中没有什么感情色彩就是客观的表述

第一个是病句
可以这么说 I found the door was open when I got home，这时 the door was open做宾语从句
I found the door open when I got home里open做补语

I found the door opened when I got home.

后面那句OPEN改成OPENED就好了~
因为前面那句，TO BE OPEN的OPEN是形容词，后面那句的是动词，门不可能自己开，所以是被动时态。
