请问关于苏丹红四号的几个问题

我是大三的物理系学生，要做物理的研究性实验，我和几个同学准备做物质的拉曼光谱(痕迹量的检测和标准谱），样品选取的是苏丹红四号。
就想请问下：
1.苏丹红4号在532nm激光下结构稳定性如何？
2.苏丹红4号可以选取的溶剂有哪些？（实验室提供的只有水和四氯化碳）
3.如果哪位能提供这方面前人做过的资料 就更好了。

1. at 532 nm (yellow light) you can't break molecule
1-(2-Methyl-4-(2-methylphenylazo)phenylazo)-2-naphthol (苏丹红四 号).

2. it is an azo compound, the main functional group for IR and Raman is -N=N-. You can use benzene or other polar organic solvent.
