一般就三个，第一个是配置文件夹，第二个是软件文件夹，第三个是系统文件夹。
可以删了
根目录下的几个文件不能删，其余的空文件夹可以删了。
不能!Documents and Settings program files 都不能删!第二个是所有安装的软件.空文件夹可以删除!
