取消定时关机

某天在网上找到这样一个代码，at 22:00 /every:m,t,w,th,f,s,su Shutdown -s -f
运行后现在每天都会在我设定的时间关机，请问下应该怎么取消！

shutdown -a 取消关机

以后用这个软件，就没有这么麻烦了，开启、和取消都是那么简单！
