在这届北京奥运会上，有许许多多精彩的瞬间令我难忘。如：博尔特百米潇洒飞越，菲尔普斯游泳狂揽八金，刘春红举重多破世界纪录……在奥运会上不断地刷新了38项世界纪录，表现了人类超越自我，挑战极限的梦想，正是这种梦想，让许多国家拿下历史以来的首枚金牌，也改写了他们国家金牌零的突破。
在这届奥运会上，有许许多多的故事让我终生难忘。一个从战后阿富汗站在北京奥运会赛场上的运动员，身穿和别人不一样的衣服进行比赛，感动了全场观众。当各个国家和地区的获奖选手绕场向观众致谢时，观众们也为他们喝彩加油。这一切的一切，人们就仿佛看到了“同一个世界，同一个梦想”超越一切的力量，这是北京的光荣，更是奥林匹克的光荣。
让我们更为惊讶的是：中国健儿以51枚金牌、100枚奖牌优异成绩首次排在金牌榜第一，这不仅是那些运动员努力的结果，还是那些场外志愿者辛勤服务的结果，他们以亲切的微笑和周到的服务令世人称颂，我真想向这些无私的奉献者们大说一声：“谢谢你们，你们辛苦了！”
