UC知道这个博士读还是不读？

Until now, I am really confused that whether I should get a Ph.D. after two years’ master study.
You know in China the factories and companies are not willing to hire the doctors as their workers. Because the same task, the undergraduates and master students are good enough to finish the work. The employers need not to pay much more to ask doctors to do the same thing. So it is very difficult for doctors (maybe including the masters) to get a job in the factories and companies. Generally, in China, the student when he (or she) graduates with Ph.D. only can find a job in universities or the institutes to be a teacher or a fellow.
As to me, I really want to get a job in a company or a factory. Because I want to make myself busy everyday, the life as a teacher in the universities or schools may not suitable to me.

不知道你的专业，如果紧缺专业的话可以去读，如果很多人都在读的话建议你找工作，或许等你读完以后，你所学专业的博士已经一大堆了。进公司的话会非常忙的，保证你过的充实，呵呵
别读了，你看那些成功人士，那些老板，谁是博士？这证明一点，博士并不是最有前途的，尽快走入社会，才是明智之举。
I think it depends on what do you want to do in the future.If you want to do some research work,a ph.D is necessory.but if not,and besides you do not want to spend more time on study,a ph.D. seems not so important.Interesting is most important!
那就别读了，很多东西不是在学校能学到的。
