Can I ask the staff to translate the materials for me?

The staff won't accept your reguest for the translation. You have to submit materials in English.

I think it's a good opportunity for you to practise your English. Do it yourself!

I suggest you do it yourself. On one hand, you should practise your English more often. On the other hand, it is expensive to have your material translated by staff(I remember it costs 75rmb per page).
