UC知道急:无法安装Discuz! NT

目前进行到最后一步,运行http://127.0.0.1/BBS/install/index.aspx安装,可是出现以下错误:

你要运行的是http://127.0.0.1/BBS/install/index.aspx
而系统找不到指定的文件。 D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\web.config
你INDEX.ASPX是怎么写的？ 是做什么用途的？ 安装什么呢？ 都没有讲
从上面看 你这是是路径不一致哦
