many people work at home using modern technology today.some people think only the workers benefit from this.not the employers.to what extent do you agree or disagree??

我想说对WORKERS AND EMPOLYERS都有好处,但说不出原因....谁能给几条原因呀.

benifits:
for employee:
1 comfortable working environment
2 more time saved by traffic/more spare time to live with family members
3 family reasons
for employer:
1 save a lot of money/expenses (rent of offices)
2 for the sake of many benefits to employee, the employee maybe motivated to work better for the company from heart and soul
