给你个street cats吧，关于流浪猫的

just now, I went out to buy my breakfast and throw the rubbish out.
when I came to the dustbin, two cats suddenly scurried out .
it really scared me a lot. I knew they are street cats, looking for food in the trash bags.
they often can be seen around parks, especially around those dustbins.
where are these cats from? i got no clue.
all i know is there are more and more cats go to the streets and communities.
recently, almost every night i can hear their scream and meow,which is quite terrifying.
and sometime along the street side, you even can find its dead body which maybe be caused by a passing car.
thank god, more and more people are focusing on those poor cats' miserable conditions.
and those pets' owners are accused of being lack of responsibilities.
hmmm, yes, its their fault, obviously. and we shall take this responsibility together not just blaming them.
