请问，打英国的手机的时候，提示音是：this persion's phone is stof（音），try later off the text（后面几个都是音，不知道什么），这个情况是关机呢还是卡停用了？谢谢

如果是这种情况的话是关机了。

是不是STOP啊。什么公司的手机？每个公司提示音不一样。

可能是"The person's phone is switched off.Try later off the text."【switch off：关（电器）】
应该是关机了。
这个句子在中国打电话时也会听到的（尽管有些时候听不懂），又如"The phone you dial【拨（电话号）】 is busy now,please dial later."等等……
