是由于安装了微软的安全更新925902 (MS07-017)和928843 (MS07-008

去下载这个http://hi.baidu.com/cypz/blog/item/307ead8f288789edf11f3613.html

C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX 你根据这个路径找找，有没有这个文件。如果没有就重新拷个这文件把它放到里面就OK了！

病毒？

应该是病毒所致，建议进行全盘杀毒！
上面英文的意思是：该系统的DLL的User32.dll迁至在内存中。该应用程序将不能正常运行。迁移的发生是因为该DLL ç ： \软件\ system32 \项Hhctrl.ocx占据了地址范围保留给Windows系统的DLL 。供应商提供的DLL应该联系新的DLL 。
