第一:Questions about candidates’ names and hometowns
What’s your name?
How to spell your name?
How do you spell your family name/surname/last name?
Where are you from?
Would you say it’s a good place to live in? (why)
Do you like living in … ? (why)
Where would you rather live, … or …? (why)
Do you think it would be better to live in … or …? (why)
Do you come from a large family or a small one?

Questions about candidates’ identity --- work or study
Do you work or are you a student?
What do you do?
What do you study?
What’s your major?
What do you like most about your job?
What do you like most about your studies?
结巴的时候切记不要慌,要慢慢讲,不要急,深呼吸,多数是因为紧张引起的,只要镇静就能克服.

第二部分,不要问细节,就是说不要问回答很长的问题,要问"YESNO"问题.例子:
