理由后面的if 既然用了were来虚拟所以前面也一定要用虚拟，省略should是GMAT的一个考点，因为简洁所以只用了be
另外A里面的那个that includes太罗嗦了
再说那个was,因为前面是一般现在时，时态要一直，所以was错到家了
