UC知道急！电脑有问题了！在线等！

最近电脑有两个问题：
1、新安装了江民杀毒软件，因为他影响360的部分功能，故卸载，但卸载不完全！之后发现【我的电脑】、【我的文档】双击无法打开，弹出错误如下：

Program:c:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE
This appicaton has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information.
2、QQ2008正式版，打开时，弹出升级窗口，依步骤完成后，登陆，双击打开与某网友的聊天窗口，弹出错误窗口如下：

这是为什么啊？望各位大侠帮帮忙！！！

是你的系统有问题，建议你重新安装一下操作系统吧
目前解决办法最快 最稳定的办法 重装系统！
杀毒软件装上就不容易卸载干净的，要不试用期到了，人人都卸载一下，再重装，人家赚什么钱啊？QQ可以试试卸载后重安装一下看看。
江民很坏，以前也用，因发现有卸载后不能上网的恶疾后，现改用大蜘蛛Dr.Web了，建议重装系统。

江民杀毒软件一点也不好,你最好用卡巴斯基或瑞星卡卡,都很好用的.
