基本上我们不会说whose is this bag? 太别扭了。
owns、possesses（这个就是第三人称，后面不用再加s了），has 虽然都有“拥有”的意思，但是只有own还可以，其他基本上都不会这么用，应该是习惯性使用吧
Reisender说的也不对，whose is this bag貌似倒装句，用的是所属格形式，也可以做“这是谁的包讲”所以不译“这个包是谁？”你如果要用的话，最好用：whose bag is this?
