问两句话的谓语动词

这两句话的谓语动词是哪个呢？can可以单独作谓语吗？

莫非又是某总统上任的演讲词吧,can可以单独作谓语只有"把...装进罐子"的意思.

我想原句应该有两个逗号

中文理解是"为了...目标,我们可以达成愿望"意思.

这两句话写得都不对,can是助动词不能单独作谓语
不过有一种情况:前面如果别个说Can you speak English?
你可以回答Yes, I can.这样看起来是can直接作谓语动词,其实是一个省略形式,即I can (speak English).
