本担保函将根据英国有关法律进行解释，任何本担保函项下的纠纷提交英国高等法院进行裁决，即使在权利人损失尚未完全发生，只要权利人有合理的理由认为会发生索赔或损失的，就有权提出仲裁请求并进行财产保全措施，必要时仲裁机构有权对无单放货引起的责任进行预决。
考虑到你方遵守我方上述要求，我方同意如下：
1.赔偿你、你的仆人和代理人，对你们所有人因你们按照我们的要求交货而可能承受的任何性质的责任、损失、损坏或费用保持无害。
