Soichiro Otsuka is actually a *he*. He was a boy soprano that sometimes took part in Gey's AX, a choir ensemble that Kanno's utilised in the past. - However, I'm really not too sure if Soichiro has continued in singing. He sort of dissapeared after Turn-A Gundam. One would think his voice changed...
