不知道你这个是开机到那里出现的是在滚动条的地方还是进入系统以后 出现这个情况以前你是动了那里 是动了硬件还是装了什么软件或者是打开了什么有病毒的网站 如果是动了硬件 就怎么动的怎么还原 如果是你装了什么软件或者是病毒网站 就只能重新做系统或者恢复 怀疑是中了病毒了
